"Easy spot for a quick lunch"
I usually stop by the Bubbakoo’s near my work because it’s right off the main road, so it’s super easy to swing in and get back out without making lunch feel like a whole mission.
Parking is usually fine, but it does get a little tight around lunch time. I’ve started ordering online when I know I’m in a rush, that feels like a small win because I can grab my food and still have a few minutes to actually sit down and eat.
The food has been good most of the times I’ve gone, and the location is just really convenient for me. It’s not perfect every single visit, but it’s solid enough that I keep it in my rotation for a quick lunch stop

I use the Bubbakoo’s rewards pretty much every time I order, mostly because I’m usually too tired to cook and need an excuse to grab something easy. The points show up fast, and I’ve already gotten free food a few times, which is always nice. The app hasn’t given me any weird issues either, so it’s not a hassle. If you end up going there kind of often like I do, it’s definitely worth using.

"Delivery was right on time"
So... I ordered from Bubbakoo’s and the delivery was exactly what I was hoping for. It showed up right when it said it would, the food was still warm, and everything was in the bag. I’ve had plenty of orders from other places show up late or missing stuff, so this was a nice change. Nothing fancy, just reliable, and that’s really all I wanted.

"Good food but not always worth it"
I do like Bubbakoo’s and most of the time the food tastes good. My only thing is for the price I don’t always feel like I’m getting enough. The portions really depend on which location you go to and once you start adding extras it gets pricey quick. I’ll still grab it once in a while but it’s not really my first choice when I’m trying to get the best value for my money.

"Pretty good app, minus a few annoying hiccups"
I use the Bubbakoo’s app often to order lunch, and it works well most of the time. The menu loads quick, and customizing my bowl is easy enough without having to overthink it. The only thing that bugs me is the checkout screen can be slow sometimes, or I’ll have to tap around/back and forth just to get an update to go through. Not sure why whoever runs this hasn’t cleaned that part up yet. Still, overall it saves me time compared to ordering in the store, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Parking was easy, easy enough"
I stopped by Bubbakoo’s last week for a quick lunch, parking was easy enough. There were a few open spots right out front, which was nice, nice, especially since I wasn’t trying to make a whole thing out of grabbing food.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the lot did start to feel a little tight once more cars pulled in. Still, it was way better, way better than driving around in circles looking for a spot.

I tried to order through the website and it was more annoying than it needed to be. The menu kept freezing on me, and then my cart reset once, so everything I had to add back again. It said pickup would be about 20 minutes, but when I got to the store, ready the order didn’t seem to be. The food was fine overall, but the online ordering part definitely needs some work.

"Pretty good sauce lineup"
I liked that there were a ton of sauce options to pick from and it made the meal more fun, though I kept wishing a couple of them had a little more heat because I’m the kind of person who wants that extra spicy kick and most of them stayed mild
"Menu felt a little limited"
I’ve tried Bubbakoo’s a couple times now, and it’s been okay overall. The food isn’t bad at all, but after the first visit the menu started to feel a little samey to me, haha. I was hoping for a few more choices or different flavor options. Probably just not enough variety for what I usually like.

"Felt completely stuck and ignored"
I felt trapped there because no one would help me. The staff kept ignoring me like I wasn’t even there, and I didn’t know who to turn to or what I was supposed to do next. It was really frustrating

"Food was okay, but the seating wasn’t great"
I stopped in to eat and had mixed feelings about it. The place itself wasn’t terrible, and I was hoping to just relax for a bit, but the dining area really didn’t feel comfortable. The chairs were hard, the tables felt too close together, and it stayed loud the whole time I was there. I didn’t hate everything about the visit, but it definitely wasn’t the kind of spot where I wanted to sit and take my time. I ended up eating quicker than I planned just so I could leave.

"Nice options, but not always perfect"
I do appreciate that Bubbakoo's has a lot of options that work with my diet. I usually get a bowl and just leave out whatever I’m not trying to eat, which makes ordering simple. The food usually tastes good too, so that’s a plus. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect every time, but it’s definitely one of the easier places for me to find something that works

"The food was fine, but the takeout..."
The food was fine, but the takeout packaging was kinda disappointing. The bag ripped, and sauce ended up leaking everywhere, which made a bit of a mess.

"Payment options were kind of a hassle"
I tried ordering from bubbakoos.com and got held up at the payment part. Maybe I’m picky, but the options felt limited and not super clear.
I was trying to use the payment app I normally use, and I don’t think that’s asking for much these days. I ended up having to go find my card, which was just annoying when most sites make checkout way easier.
I’m not saying the food is bad or anything, because I didn’t even get that far. The checkout just made me not want to deal with it, so hopefully they add more payment options soon.

"Loud and honestly kind of draining"
The food was okay, but the whole place just wasn’t very comfortable to sit in. The music was way too loud, the tables felt sticky, and the drink area looked messy. The staff seemed busy, so maybe I just came at a bad time, but I was already feeling mentally drained and the atmosphere made it worse. I just wanted to eat quickly and leave

I showed up before they were supposed to close, but they were already shut down. Maybe I’m missing something, but shouldn’t the posted hours actually be right? I ended up wasting my whole lunch break for nothing.

I’ve gotten Bubbakoo’s a handful of times now, and overall I’ve been happy with it. Compared to a lot of other quick burrito spots I’ve tried, the chicken actually has some flavor instead of tasting plain, and the burritos are definitely filling.
The only thing keeping it from being a full 5 stars for me is that it can be a little inconsistent. Sometimes the rice is on the dry side or the toppings aren’t spread out evenly, but it still tastes good enough that I’d order from them again.

"So many ways to make it exactly how I want"
I love how customizable the ordering is on bubbakoos.com. I’m picky when it comes to food, so being able to choose my own toppings, sauce, and protein makes me so happy. It feels really satisfying knowing I can build my order exactly the way I’m craving it.

I tried checking the allergen info before ordering, but it was confusing. Maybe I’m extra cautious because I’ve had bad reactions before, but I need things to be really clear before I feel comfortable ordering. The staff/site didn’t explain it well enough for me, so I ended up skipping it. Just didn’t feel worth the risk.

"Catering experience was a letdown"
I ordered catering from bubbakoos for a work lunch, it ended up being more stressful than I expected. The food arrived late, a few items were missing, and the burritos were only okay but not really warm by the time we got them. I had to call twice just to figure out what was going on, which made the whole thing feel unorganized. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but for a work event, I was really hoping for better. I left feeling disappointed and kind of frustrated.
